Why Hablamos?

One of the most efficient ways to master a new language is by reading interesting content in the language you want to learn. When you read interesting content in meaningful chunks, your brain naturally absorbs word meaning and grammar rules - you seamlessly pick up all the vocabulary and grammar you need to know!

Can't I just use Google Translate?

Learning a language is complicated stuff! It forms the cornerstone of culture and society and is the basis of human communication. There is an enormous difference between communicating meaning the way it is intended and simply converting words from one language to another and despite advances in AI and computing capabilities, machines have yet to learn to appreciate the nuances of human phraseology!

Who is this service best suited for?

We think our service is best suited for Intermediate (B1 B2 level) users who are proficient in A1 (Basic) and A2 ( Elementary) level French and would like to improve speaking and learn more vocabulary.

 

How do I get the most out of Hablamos?

We recommend adding the "My Articles" page which contains all article translations as a home screen link on your mobile device for easy access; get into the habit of reading articles from the Hablamos platform in French to improve!

How will Hablamos work?

Each week, we'll publish 3 articles, or 12 monthly via our platform, translated from English to French by native speakers. We'll also include a voice recording in French to help you practice pronunciation! Articles will be published every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

 

How much does it cost?

Hablamos is currently free during our testing phase!

You will receive popular articles from across the web covering the latest news, science, sports, entertainment etc. Email us with any special requests!
